Vintage 90s, Donna Karan Collection draped, empire waist, charcoal blue dress. Dress has gathered , empire waist bust line that flows up into gathered shoulders and down the center front of skirt. Back of dress features criss cross racerback with gathered shoulder design and center waist seam gathering at skirt. Fully lined, made in USA and very stretchy extreme comfort.

MATERIAL: 83% Cupro 17% Spandex. Cupro is a semi-synthetic, "vegan silk" fabric made from regenerated cellulose fibers (cotton linters). It is known for its smooth, shiny appearance, soft feel, and excellent drape, closely resembling silk but offering higher durability and machine-washability. Fabric does stretch considerably.

VINTAGE CONDITION: Excellent, no notable flaws. No stains, holes or tears.
